We're looking for seasoned Facilitators to join the Wavetable talent roster.

You’ll help deliver live learning sessions for a number of very exciting new programs we're working on.

This is a freelance role, with a few different modes of engagement - from ad hoc projects, to being engaged in long-form programs for 3-8 days per month.

Likewise, the nature of facilitation varies by project. Some are traditional conversation-guiding roles, others are focused on helping groups design and prototype new ideas; and others have more performative and presentation elements to them. And some projects cover the full spectrum (we tend to do - and enjoy - these ones most)

Either way, you'll be working closely with our LX Creator team of producers, creatives, facilitators, and designers.

Although many sessions will be delivered remotely, some travel is likely required.

What you’ll be doing:

• Facilitating conversation among small groups of participants
• Keeping groups focused and on track
• Offering up prompts and suggestions to guide conversations
• Taking notes of key insights and learnings
• Troubleshooting any issues within breakout rooms
• Inputting on session design as part of the wider design and delivery team
• Liaising with lead facilitators and production teams to ensure a super-smooth experience for all participants

Things you may have done before:

• Facilitated workshops, courses, or other learning experiences
• Moderated panels at a conference
• Taught a class or done guest lecturing
