- Challenge: A professional services entrepreneur sensed opportunity in the education sector but wasn’t sure where to go beyond ‘something like MasterClass…?’
- Solution: A deep-dive packet with playbooks, benchmarking and recommendations for building a best-in-class niche learning brand

- Solution: A creative agency’s core client wanted to expand rapidly into new areas, but needed to identify and de-risk potential paths
- Solution: A suite of startup concepts that could be tested and validated, along with detailed financial models, roadmap and strategy plan
- My Role: Entrepreneur-in-Residence to develop concepts, pitch decks, partners, financial models, and prototypes
3. LX & Commercial Strategy for mission-driven cooking brand
- Challenge: A CEO wanted to put education at the center of the company’s brand but lacked the bandwidth and expertise to get the right plan in place
